What we collect

Enquiries and registrations: when you contact us, register interest, book or apply through our sites, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, phone number, email, suburb, your child’s year level and what you tell us about their learning.

Enrolment and tuition: once enrolled, we collect and hold enrolment details, school reports and assessment results, lesson records, session notes and, where applicable, lesson ratings, and payment details through our direct debit provider (Ezidebit) and payment processors.

Website data: like most websites we collect technical data such as pages visited, device and browser information, and use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager and, on some of our sites, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which record events such as page views and form submissions to measure and improve our sites and advertising.

Children’s information

Information about students under 18 is collected from and with the consent of a parent or guardian, and is used only for delivering and supervising tuition.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, assess applications, enrol students, match and supervise tutors, schedule and deliver sessions, process payments, meet legal obligations, and improve our services and advertising. With your implied consent, we may send service updates and marketing about our programs under any of our trading names; every marketing message includes an unsubscribe option, and we comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

Who we share it with

Our tutors and teachers (limited to what they need to teach), and service providers who help us operate: website hosting, our CRM/student portal, our payment and direct debit providers, and, where accounts are seriously overdue, collection providers as described in our Terms and Conditions. Advertising and analytics partners (such as Google and Meta) receive limited technical event data through their tools. We do not sell personal information.

Overseas disclosure

Some service providers (such as Google and Meta) process limited technical data on servers located overseas, including in the United States.

Cookies and advertising choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings, manage Google’s use of data at adssettings.google.com, and manage how Meta uses data collected from websites via your Facebook ad preferences. Opting out does not affect our services.

Security and retention

Personal information is held in our portal and with our providers, protected by access controls, and kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

Credit-related information

Where accounts are overdue, we may exchange credit-related information with credit providers and obtain a consumer credit report in accordance with Part IIIA of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
